As per heading, anyone know whether or not a GQ towbar will fit a GU?

Chassis rail widths are the same, so yup it should. I gave a towbar from one of my donor GQ's to a mate and he fitted it to his GU.

Think he had to elongate one of the bolt holes though?

Thanks for the info, will make it easier tracking one down then.
