How to Send a PM

Hi,
I am new to the site and have tried to send a PM, but I can't work out if the message has been sent. After writing the mesage I submitted it, when I look in my PM area the message is sitting in the Outbox and there is nothing in the Sent Box so I am presuming it has not been sent. Am I right, if so how do I send it.

Hi Tim,

They stay in your outbox till the other person has read them. You are then able to delete it, edit it before they read it. Once read by the other person in their inbox it is then removed from your outbox. hope that makes sense.
