Stock pump and just ported the pump inlet. It has a gorvenor modification to make it rev harder and thats it.
It cant supply enough fuel at the moment so the egts are very low you can rape it anywhere and it never gets hot.
I have found 12mm pump heads cheap so it will be getting one of those

And so will mine

Yes its also a front mounted intercooler

its only at 35 psi at the moment.
there is no point going above it as the pump can not keep up. as for 60psi we will see soon.

I know at 30 psi hoses don't like staying on

Well I drove it today with the vnt turbo on it. No controller as I havent got it sorted yet and the turbo is just adjusted so that its to big
I have not been in a faster terrano and even the guy in the mitsi ute, Current model was wondering what was happening to him as I destroyed him up a hill.
funny stuff
It runs about 33psi boost at the moment I couldnt get a pic of it at that as I was hanging on. The intercooler doesn't even have water going through it yet.

It may or may not have run out of water and seized. It may or may not have restarted and now fumes like an Indian fire signal.

But if I know td27s it hasn't even blown a headgasket?

It was not to bad on the egt. It ran out of water I think to be honest there is an issue with the water pump and its just got hot. I will keep it going for a bit while i go a bit wilder on the qd32. rb30 valve springs. Bit of a port job sort of thing.

Probably scored the bores from the heat. Its incredible just how hot these engines can get and not blow headgasket or crack head. Whereas an alloy head would run away crying at the thought...

You doin the valve springs because of the extra rpm you going to be spinning, or is it more to cope with the extra boost? And you changing inlet and 'zorst valves?

Yeah it just because of the boost. No I will not be changing the valves at all.

Ah bugger. I meant to say are you doin both inlet and exhaust springs...
Or just inlets? I'm guessing exhaust backpressures going to be up running that high boost, altho tho VVturbo probably helps keep them down
