Yep...

Don't forget Sunday will be the Akas trip(s), so you will need to be in before the meeting time / point

I am quite keen for this, if I was to come for a one day-er. Which would be better?

Im willing to put my cruiser through just about anything apart from a swim, as it probably won't have a snorkel by then.

Also is it $30 (non member) per vehicle or person?

not sure if the organisors want this posted here, but I thought it was a good place to start.

TO ALL THOSE ATTENDING, IT WOULD MAKE IT A DAMN SITE EASIER FOR THE ORGANISORS IF YOU WERE TO BRING DRINKS CONTAINED IN CANS OR PLASTIC BOTTLES.
I DON'T THINK ANYONE REALLY THOUGHT ABOUT THIS UNTIL TODAY

HERES THE REASON WHY...........................................

Was the Navigators (SKID) fault, he failed to advise the driver of the small bump in the track and also forgot to check the backboard on the trailer which rotted/fell off

So who is actually coming to Rallywoods on QBW??

I see a few have pulled out which is a shame after all the hard work that has been done (yes, I'm playing the guilt card)

Seeing as we are getting close to the even, is it to much to ask that we keep the thread relevant to QBW??

I like a good bullshirt as much as the next person but trying keep it on target till the event thanks

I can't confirm - Cruiser overheated on Saturday night. Haven't had time to figure out what caused it yet. Planned to use it to tow my club car to Manfeild for Sunday...so I was there (track) all day and now at work so have had no time to check over the cruiser. Damn work! Gets in the way of everything!

Fingers crossed its not the headgasket :x

We've got 22 vehicles registered... plus Mike, because he's too good for our registration system and won't fill in a form and click submit!

We had one person cancel their registration and ask for a refund because of other commitments. There is still one other that I know of (other than Mike) to register.

Here's who is registered:

Code: Select all

"Turoa","Royal","turoa"
"Reece","Hearst","suzuki1k"
"peter ","cox","coxsy"
"Chris","Mackie","UBZ"
"Ryan","McNulty","Ryan"
"Daryle","Caldwell","dazza85"
"Nigel","Brown","curly12"
"Anthony","Stone","Nizsafari"
"blair","chambers","abbo"
"Martin","Chung","stinky"
"Tony","Gimblett","taz01"
"Jeremy","Ackley","Jerry"
"Graham","Lauder","yorick"
"Rodney","Topp","Bubba"
"euan","jamieson","badnuz"
"Jamie","Andrews","redzuki"
"Ryan","Kelly",
"Mark","Presling","Mark"
"Pierre","Seevens","Cloggy_NZ"
"Malcolm","Emeny","beer_cruiser"
"Nick","Stacey","nstacey"

Based on that, we could have anywhere up to 40-50 individuals up there for the weekend which will be cool.

There are still a lot of people that have not paid yet, so I will be sending out a reminder shortly. We don't want to be dealing with cash on the day, so please deposit your payment directly into the bank account (it takes 90 seconds to do via internet banking). The cut off date was set at 20 May, which is tomorrow. Just remind your passengers/guests to bring along their $5/night overnight fee if they are staying (yes, I know that contradicts the cash statement I just made, but it can't be helped).

It doesn't look as though the clay bird shooting will go ahead because there was very limited response to that so you can all get stuffed! I was looking forward to that too
