Well done Dan, this build is coming along nicely, I do how ever have a concern regarding the spark arestor , my thoughts are that this style will be to restrictive, are others running this system ?. I was wrong once before,

I ARRIVED AT WORK EARLY,

FITZY.

Well she is all go ,the sparky is finished. But on her maiden skid up the road it sounded like a old massey fergusen tractor, under closer inspection i found 3 snapped exhaust manifold studs on one side and 1 on the other  so out comes the bloody motor.got them all fixed, then realisied the manifolds were warped so replaced them

Got the washer bottle (20L  )fitted

And pump

Wiring, gauges ,and rear orange dust light sorted

Well had a wiked day sunday at the Peter Howell memorial offroad race, first up we had time trials to determine grid placement for the first enduro,i was fair shittin myself on the start line thinking i have never drivin this truck before i dont know what it handles like, will the engine hold together, will i roll it :? .But it went great it handles mint, chuck it in to the corner and feed it the gas and it just pulls, the engine proforms better than i thought it was going to(always a bonus :D ).We done two enduros 90 km enduros after the time trial and loved every minute of it,there were a few of us that had to pit a few times per race to remove burnt mud from our spark arestors as it was restriting power(damn rain),the only other issue we had was we lost all clutch fluid on the second to last lap of the last enduro due to the banjo bolt on the slave cylinder coming loose so we missed the last lap( BUGGER).The course was 80% fast flowing gravel rds with some greasy down hill slides in to the quarry then back in to the gravel rds.All in all a farkin mean day :D :D

Awesome man!!!!!

The hours that you've put into prepping that thing (there's been hundreds  ) paid off!!

One tiny issue with a Banjo bolt on the last lap of its first event after 104k's of racing is just bloody AWESOME!!!!!!!

I see the L200 donated its tyres to the cause for the weekend

Its been a while, but heres some updates of things ive been pluckin away at for the last couple of months on the truck.
Air intake all finished off now,im running a HKS 3 stage foam filter on the end of a gutted std air box which is housing the air flow meter(cant afford a link g4 yet to be rid of it :( )

Raised and tilted the gear knob to suit my new seat position, feels much better now its right there not a mile away
