Again, wheel alignment will only cause uneven wear.
What are the camber readings? Toe and camber have a relationship, and should be set to compliment each other, especially on a solid front end which should have no bumpsteer. There's lots of other little things that will affect it too.
The problem these days is that every tyre shop in the country has an alignment machine, and every tyrefitter that can read the screen thinks they can do alignments. Stay away from the chain stores (beauys, firestone, tony's etc) as they are the worst for this, unless you know for a fact that the guy knows what he is doing (the odd one is privately owned).
I've been doing alignments on and off for about 15 years, and only ever use the factory specs as a reference
