im prob bout 90% coming,i got red-devil (aka jono) riding shotgun.just confurm a starting time.be good to see everyone.

someone gotta fly the mitiz flag. hehehe

Nah, Charge Nurse of acute orthopaedics at christchurch hospital. Just helping out an ambo 4wd mate.

Was gonna say, if anyones kickin round in their garage/workshop tomorrow, shoot me a text, i wouldn't mind somewhere i could park it and pull the under body gaurds off and check the engine and gear box mounts..........

If not, i'll just hit it at the camp site carpark :lol:

Ok called an 11:30 meet at the top (bottom of the track but top of the sealed road) at 11:30. Those that wish to air down start while we are waiting around (prob for me to show up always being the late one)

Just been down with Shane at his work shop, put the old girl on the hoist and couldn't find anything obviously wrong, so i chained down the left engine mount as a precaution :twisted:

BIG thanks to Shane, very greatfull for the piece of mind!!!!! I owe you a beer 8)

By the way mike, where we going for a drink after???

Pub is called the "the corner bar and cafe" its just down the road on hoon hay road about halfway along. about 5 mins drive from the top of worlseys spur road.

hehe, great day out, a nice easy trip up, and down, until I found the one place in the track to get bound up on both diffs!!!! (cheers mike. I dont mind being given a tow by a landy :wink: )

anyway, DB managed to pop 3 beads!!! other than that, no damage 8)

Awsome day even though it was a bit easy?????? I managed to do a track that I havn't done before, and get stuck ( no wheels on the ground / diffs on the top of the ruts / drivers door in bank :roll: :roll: ) one of the smurfs managed to back up the track to give me a tow, scary thing is I poped out of the rut and up 1 meter on to the bank :?: :?: lost site of the smurf bellow the bonnet and thought I was on top of him.

Its co's of all your skinny little Hilux sized ruts :lol:

The fat bitch got a big squeeze, shame no one got a photo of it drivin on the side walls with the bottom of the tyres miles from the base of the ruts :twisted:

(only popped one bead, the other three just had half the track wedged in em :lol: )

C'mon Furgus, you've gotta cut the southlanders some slack. They have to get the photos developed and then scanned etc.
