Ok dean here ya go, i have cut my guards slightly higher at the front to allow for diff being moved forward, so my cut doesnt quite follow the indent like on the guard.

For the lightbox i just slit it at the bottom and vertically on the inside as shown and bashed both bits up, the new piece of panel steel will get welded inline with it and the guard and ill just weld the cuts back together, this way it gives probably a good 30-35mm more room up there. hope this helps.

FOR SALE - due to house, wedding etc boo hoo hoo

Truck now has some more modifications, front and rear bar work is all complete with tow hooks, Narva spot lights etc. Endless air is all hooked up and going. Fuel tank guard has been made and installed. Brand new genuine suzuki alloy radiator and davies crag fan ($350!! for just the fan) has been fitted. Flares have been cut to match the lines of the virtual lift and have had the proper rubber bushranger flare extensions put on them. Has had the rocklobster transfer case rebuilt and fitted, transfer arms have been modified for strengthening. Reg is currently on hold and last warrant has just run out. It has been getting warrants but technically should have a cert. Will come with the road tyres i have been getting the warrants on.

Open to offers from anyone on here at the moment, will be going on trademe in the next couple of weeks to let the muppets decide. She is a seriously cool truck
