Do you make templates then next time you make one just get them profile cut out to save time? or just custom each time.

Same.
It's even more interesting when it's your truck he's working on.
7pm can't come fast enough.

I'm hoping to get dropped off at Tom's tonight by another dude that's look at an external cage for his truck.

WOW Tom! Some incredible work there! Can't wait to give you a call for some bar work on the safari later in the year. Keep up the good work mate!
Re: Tomsoffroad & Customs
Wow! like the design you have gone with on this cruiser.Usual high quality/design.I have made several attempts at a front bar for my MWB. Current one does the job but is very bulky and to be honest UGLY!!! could you replicate one of these style front bars to accomidate the PTO winch setup? I realise it would push it forward a fair amount but i would like to redo my current setup to a similar style.
Cheers

Re: Tomsoffroad & Customs
Right, might have it sussed
First three pics above are of a reinforced Safari diff.
Next (and these) are of another Safari. Few front bar mods. There is a panel which bolts in under the winch but I didnt take any pics of it
