1995 hilux heater

hi...does anyone know why my heater does not have any hot air coming out from it,i checked valve under bonnet and its opening and closing and there is water in the heater core,so buggered if i know...also the fan stopped and i have traced it to the black relay box by passengers foot seems to be blown or something is this a common problem...thanks

does the fan still go on full speed. a common problem is the resistor pack dies and leaves you with only full speed. also there are to wires coming off the tempurature leaver. one goes to the valve in the engine bay and the other goes down into a box behind the dash. if this isnt working that will stop hot air blowing as well

heater fan does not go at all but that black relay thing by passegers foot when removed and i cross cross wires where the box thing should the fan goes so i figure that black box is buggered,but no warm air at all
