Hey i have picked myself up a mint 1985 surf with a 3y engine and have always wondered if you could make the doors removable like the old Jeep Wranglers?! you guys think you could still get a warrent with doors like this?
Anyone done it?

Why would you want removable doors? The roof over the driver is fixed it's only the back that comes off. Unless your going for that really summery feeling

yeah thanks for the congrads it is the same colors as your surf and in mint condition everything is in mint condition cant wait to get it dirty. After i get it up here from Christchurch next week i would love to join you on an excursion that way i know i wont stay stuck!! .
yeah was looking for the summer feel not to mention when i go hunting
. my uncle owns one of the old wranglers and we used to go hunting in it all the time and it feels awesome with no doors and all open. also has anyone modified the sun roof on these with quick pins or anything so you can completely remove it out.
