WTBorrow: Diesel Compression Tester, AKL area.

Howdy.

I'm troubleshooting issues with Toyota 1C engine, which after HG replacment wont start. Whole story is here: http://www.toyotadiesel.com/forums/showthread.php?p=51538

I do realize it's not exactly 4WD, but thats the only NZ forum I found that has some decent coverage of diesels.

I'm sure somebody around here would have a diesel compression tester I could borrow for few days ? Perferably in West/Central/North Auckland area. I'm quite happy to provide some $$$/beers/etc in exchange for the favour.

I do know they can be bought on trademe for about ~$140, but it would be a waste to buy one for 1 job, for this 1 engine, which potentially might not be economically fixable, consdering I have spent some $$$ towards it already.
