Mazda WL-T upgrades and manual

Not long after having my Ford Courier with the Mazda WL-T motor, im after a few upgrades i could do to increase the power and torque. So far its been really mint with stalking for some Bambi in the Longwoods in Southland but im after small things I could do to increase the power output of this engine. I've noticed the intercooler is rather small (size of my two hands put together) and i was wondering where I could look in NZ to upgrade it? Also I've heard about winding the fuel pump a couple of notches? Also I've found a workshop manual online which is brilliant. I'll upload it soon.
