HI i have a series 2a landrover that i am trying to get back on the road. havent taken it in yet as there are still a few things to be done. When there is no roof on does it need any roll bar, and door tops? also with no roof it becomes difficult to mount 3 point belts, are lap belts legal in this case? any help appreciated thanks.

Im sure you only have to install what was in its original condition when it was built.
Ive it only had lap belts or no belts that is permtited.Roll cage is the same.

But you would be silly not to have some roll over protection & good belts before using it.
