sourceing a bullbar for a surf

hey guys just looking at buying this surf and if i go through with buying it, i will be looking into and after looking around the 4x4 shops in chch havnt really come up with anything, i was wondering how easy it would be to source a bullbar for this model of surf and how much it would cost around about.

AS it has airbags you will have to get an airbag certified bar.....could be very expensive...but im no expert.

Could be less hassle to buy a slightly older hilux without airbags

ARB does one for a prado that fits around
$1650 i think i payed for mine

What do you want to use the Surf for? This will dictate the type of bar required.
Gen 3 Surfs have Airbags so the bar will have to suit.
Your choices are pretty much ARB, TJM or Ali Arc. Prob a few more NZ made ones out their as well. Unless you want to import.

I'd say go to your local towbar/bullbar shop and they'll be able to make you something up. Got quoted $760 for a front bullbar with winch mount for a mu when i was looking at buying one and said they could make one for airbags too because i wasn't sure if it had them.

as long as its airbag compatable , i have had to physically show wof guys the sticker on the bar to confirm it is
