am looking at puttin one of those return to centre type dampers with the big spring ( like you see on t me).
BUT i have no power steering, will this be a hindrince or will i need to graft on a 3rd arm?
have you guys had expeitience with these, your comments will be greatly appreciated

should have one as standard mate there must be mounting on your steering parts for one

you wouldnt notice much of a difference in steering resistance mate but it would be there. just slap power steer on it

Don't waste ya money. A return-to-centre damper will only make it even harder to turn since you have to pull against the spring as well. But without power steering, you do need a damper - even with one, make sure you keep your thumbs outside the steering wheel cos it will buck like hell when you hit a rock or hole you didn't see... If the truck is wandering around too much, it'll be due to worn ball-joints and/or badly adjusted toe-in, and maybe shagged kingpin bearings. Put the money towards a power steering upgrade - it probably won't cost a lot more than a flash new return-to-centre damper.

aggree with that except the hard to turn part but i used to have big strong arms before i converted mine to power steer
