7m in to hilux

hey has any one supercharged a 7m?

if so what supercharger did you use and where did you mount it?

and if anyones put one of these engines into your diesel hilux did you have to change anything eg, electrics, fuel lines etc....

where are you based? I have a 6m running in a hilux but its not quite finished so have a few things t work on. If you are canterbury based your welcome to come and have a look.

i can prob do that, i'd like to be more help but im far from a book of knowledge on them. Mine is just wirred through a basic relay to start etc and bugger all else in fact thats alot of the issues that i need to sort out. getting the factory stuff running with the 6m. There was a really helpfull link about the wirring a while back but i havent found it yet, have a search around and you might get it. A lot of guys on here have done it and no it inside out (it just mite take a bit to get the info out of them) so get started, keep searching on here and just ask questions on here as you go.

PM or search through Jafa's stuff. He has a dd that has a 7m transplant. They have the same block and bottom end as a 6m, but the head and injection are totally different.
