Landcruiser / Hilux Wheel bearing spanner.

Post by divebrent »

Hi,
Anyone know where I can buy a wheel bearing spanner for a solid beam axle Prado / hilux? Have checked, toyota, repco, super cheap, trademe, bnt (who sometimes have them but not right now) and G Guy all without success. Don't want to use cold chisel on them again as it nearly stuffed the last one.

Located in South Wellington area.

Cheers

Was in at Just Cruisers recently and he had one there - quite a bit cheaper. They are the same size as something else too... can't remember what now - something like... um... old washing machine bottoms... but it wasn't that...
Sold my 1985, BJ74 MWB Landcruiser, rear locker, 33" MTs, snorkel, PTO winch, solid bars all round, spotties, AM CB etc.
Now just a 1994, 1kz Surf, pretty standard.

My hot water cylinder socket was just a tad too small for my wheel bearing nuts.
