70 Cruiser starter motor wanted

Post by Bubba »

Can anyone help me out with a starter for a 3F. Beg, borrow, steal and maybe buy.

Finally got the poo machine going !!!

It's now sitting with a couple of it's cousins at the Beer household but it needs a new starter.

My old one is going to see Nappa for a recondition but in the mean time has anyone got a spare sitting around? Even if it's just a borrowed one

PS: it's also going to get some much deserved and awaited TLC

Yip, thats what I'm hoping, Still want another one so I can go for a blat this weekend.

Preddy much everything is is filled with fckin mud

Will a 2F starter work?

Spare alternator also going in, points, fluids, filters, umm RF, RL diff/bearing seals (can't remember correct name) and some other stuff that I can't remember.

I also point out that much or all of this is being done while I watch and keep a constant flow of green bottles flowing to the beer bro's while I stand there like a numby

Well it's not like he could make it anymore broken, although I have learnt to never under estimate taz's ability to break unbreakable objects. I doubt welding it would do much though, the problem was it not moving not the other way round
