96 Prado transfer case front out put shaft seal/bearings

giday just had the seal mentioned in the title give out today, how hard is it to replace and do i need a genuine toyota seal or can i get after market one from somewhere and how hard would it be to do the bearing?
can it be done in place or do i have to pull the tcase?

the other thing is the hydrolic steering rack thing the seals are on the way out with them how do i go about replacing them?
