hilux custom rear tray

tray is contructed with 65x35 box section and has a massive bit of 5mm steel tread plate in the deck
needs a little finishing

plate was put in to get more wiegh over the back wheels and with the 1uz in front it gave me a 40/60 weight split so that's not to bad at all
800kg over the front and 600 over the back .. i think my maths is right ... ... approx figure's to 1 Sig Fig

now im asking $350 ... less than the cost of the treadplate
and its had a coat of por on the top .. needs the plate finished welded onto the frame .. so removal is still a option

its short ... ends at the chassis and its solid .. its had a couple of hard wacks without a scratch on it

no roll bar

so in short $350 and its yours

This would look really good if it was lined with stained marine ply or boards rather than treadplate imo.
