I had $700 in me hot hand for them this avo Jase. :roll:

When i was getting the new ones fitted a guy popped in and asked if the old ones were for sale. He offered $700 and I said SOLD! But then on me way home he phoned me and said his defender had 16's not 15's. So i went back and gave him the coin and collected the tyres.

I only did that cause he knows a mate. He also had his Defender re-powered at the same place as I had mine done. :shock:

We had similar stories to tell. So I felt sorry for the poor bugger.
Turns out he goes trail riding on the same bike as mine. So we found another chap to go riding with.

it's all good.

I would've been prepared to wait for one week at least.

Quite often I've bidded on an auction but messaged the seller asking they were prepared to wait for payment.

But yea, if you can't afford it don't bid.

Dave. I would of given him more than a week if he was off ORE and had of asked before being the winning bidder.

Oh well. They might go for less than he bidded next week. ($375)
