ok .. im putting my cruiser back together ( finally ) and engine is in . starting to wire up and re plumb all pipes etc when i came up with a issue!

ok .. 3 wires 2 points to put them which ones go where ....????

specifically im talking about the three wires that go to the glow plug rail thingee on a 3b ... two im guessing go on the raised bolt with the strange little plastic cap .. and the other goes on the last one .. but the isue im facing is which of the three .. ive narrowed it to two ( due to one of the wires ring type end being very very small ..) but the other two ends are identical almost in size and the only difference is one is just normal thin type wire , the other is quite thick almost double insulated ..

so if anyone has a 3b ( later model 24v if it makes a difference ) in a 70 series cruiser .. could you please take a pic and post up here asap of the glow plug rail where the wiring harness attaches ..

( left side of truck close to the fire wall below where the water hoses enter the cab for your heater )

cheers guys n gals was hoping to fire up tomorrow morning .. but didn't want to try it and fry it

hey dude long time no see.........i do know the surfs have 2 wires ontop of the rail and 1 was under the manifold on a small bolt was a prick to get to as well..............best i can do dude

yeah has been a while lol .. mine are easy to get to right on the top .. just unsure on where they go ..

awesome ! thanks guys fired her up this arvo ...

just about started to pull it all apart again when she wouldn't move . thought id messed something up installing the new clutch . and being tired and almost over the whole thing didnt realise untill i had drained the radiator and just about started to un install the gearbox that i had knocked the 4wd / 2wd selector into neutral

idiot of the week award candidate for sure lol
