lsd front to back??

lsd front to back??
Gday u have a 70 series mwb. Would a lsd from a rear diff from another mwb cruiser fit into my front or are they only designed to work in one or the other?

You can put the lsd in the front but just check the ratios are the same.
Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.

sweet how do u check that the ratios are the same? are they easy enuf to fit in??

Itll be writen on the crown wheel, something like 9x37 whick is 4.1 ratio or 10x37 is 3.7 ratio, and yes they are easy to fit.
