surf man conv, how to over-ride auto???

nearing the end of the manual conversion in my daily driver.
Surf 3ye, can anybody explain how to over-ride/hotwire the auto wires so that the computer thinks the vehicle is in park or neutral???
I know its just a mater of joining a couple wires, but can anybody explain exactly which ones or where?

Dont know where they are but find the starter wire at the starter and follow that. Should go via a plug that used to plug into the auto and then to the key. Bypass the nolonger plugged in plug and your all good.

theres 3 big plugs that were pugged into the auto.. do i follow a wire from the starter to 1 of these? also whats the loom for on the manual gearbox? not sure what the box is to be honest, assume g52, but are any wires coming from the gearbox all to do with the transfer case?, the dick cut the plug off so need the wires re plugged, but this shouldnt stop me from using the vehicle in 2wd should it?

They will be shift indcator light switches, to tell you when its 4wd. Unless its the later transfer with vacum shift. One may also be reverse light.

One of the old auto plugs should be 2 wires one will go to starter and one will go to ignition switch. They need to be joined.

thanks to muddyhilux and meatc got me surf started piece a piss, went straight to the plug, joined the 2 wires... done..., started but not driven yet, got bolt up a few more things, check oil the go for a blat
