Anyone seen these new land anchors? They look like they do the job well! $400 each.

there is a video on here somewhere of it, i think it might be pete with the terrano testing it??

Yep, it was me and I did post a vid etc of it but cant remember where @ the mo. Do a search on here for "ground Anchor" and you should find it.

Its a great tool, packs away in a nice small bag.

I've seen how small it packs away. The bag's tinny. It looks like a good tool to have.

After bending the new land anchor at Timaru's winch challenge last week I had it modified. The blade was mild steel and only 5mm.
This time the blade is 10mm and made from that steel diggers buckets are made from. I tried drilling the locatable hole in it and couldn't. Munted my drill bits in the process. :roll:
It's sorted now. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Rick used to sell those land anchors. We took one away one weekend to test but none of us got stuck.

I brought this one off Craig Bellamy for around $200. (mates rates though)
Had it modified by HRN.
