pajero transfur cases/gearboxes

just wondering if the 2.5 diesel and 3ltr v6 pajero boxes/ transfur cases are interchangable? i have a v6 and have found a 2.5td, if its just a matter of changing bellhousings or somthing then ill go for it. if its lots of work il just flag and get a petrol box/transfur. its the transfur i really need...

I don't know about the G/B but the auto and manual T/Cs have a different input spline.
I have a manual T/C make me an offer

just an update. discovered yesterday, the gearboxes are not interchangable. the input shaft to the gearbox is completely differant between them. but as jtop said the transfurcases are interchangable.
