Hilux Vented discs

I have LN65 with solid front discs. I want to have vented front and move my solids to the rear .I have thought about 70 series cruiser hubs and calipers . Would this work if not why
90 Landcruiser Vx 4.2 turbo 5 speed part time 4wd 75mm lift air lock in rear 35 Wranglers snorkel swaybar disconnects
