Info on FJ70 regulator, generator

I have had the alternator out a couple of times, never fixed the problem. turns out it could be the could be the regulator sticking. Is it a matter of just replace or can it be reconditioned, if so how do I check?

Does anyone have one a spare?

Any information would be great.
