i would like a solid front because its IFS witch is less than satisfactory lol any ideas

sell it and but a solid axled hilux
SASed Isuzu Mu - hilux diffs, Rears up front, disc brake conversion, ifs hub swap, crossover steering, and legal!!!!

84 - 85 surfs have a solid front axle. Pretty much identical to your current surf but no electric windows and brown interior instead of grey. more exterior colours to choose from too.
1996 3.4V6 Surf that was suppose to stay stock

Engine and body swap to a LN60 chassis, has been done by heaps of others :wink:
a few years back Matt did it in a weekend :!:

can cost you at least a $1.5k to do it properly by the time u get it certed etc then u might as well do rears up front and cross over steering conversion at same time.

Do a wee search on this site, doin a SAS on a surf has been thrashed to death on here.
