WTD, Toyota Hi Pinion 4.8 Diff

Post by kbjj »

Mine was out of a Prado. Crown wheel and pinion now stuffed. I'm able to reuse my limited slip carrier. What have you got?

Arhh ok, they obviously found out the ratio, Bugger. Will keep looking. Have you tried Marshed 4x4 dismantlers?

Hey mate just so you know the 4.3 ratio diffs are the ones in the kzj's, you want the front one from an lj. I was in Ace 4wd on the weekend and they had a few lying around on the floor. Give them a call 366 0677

Cheers, yeah your right, I'll edit that
I have one now, had to buy a complete front axel to get it. Will look into a trail gear ring and pinion set as a spare for the future.
Cheers all
