hay guys ive taken the rear sway bars out of my 1992 surf.
what about the front will i still get a WOF with them .

Yes you will be fine, just beware that it could cause funny handling issues.

You will be fine without front or rears on your surf round town driving only small difference depending on how you drive, i didnt have any on mine but you will notice a reasonable difference on open road cornering so if doing a longer open road trip id atleast have the front one in :wink:
