is there any one that has run both 31s and 33s on 4.3 diffs in a 2.4 turbo surf just wondering weather its too gutless with 33s and if so would a lsd help this or locker

Will be very gutless but will run them, a locker will probably hinder the situation as the truck will be trying to turn 3 wheels instead of 2 when cross axled/under load in 4wd

i've run both and both with and without lockers. Mine have never been daily drivers but i have driven them around the country for 4wd trips away etc. I found 33's and lockers were well worth the loss in power. The locker does help the situation as you dont need to foot flat spin the wheels so much becasue you crawl through things with the locker(s).

you can always change to 4.5 or 4.8 at a later date. Just be very careful not to keep your foot on the boards up long hills etc or you'll cook that head pretty quick.
