Perhaps try Polyperformance in the States. I found a 350 to R series hilux there hell cheap.
Bellhousing, dustcover, clutchfork, release bearing, pilot bearing and all fixing hardware (bellhousing bolts etc) landed in NZ for $750NZ all up. The freight compontent was about $200US, so the kit itself was real inexpensive.
