problems removing fan on ln61 2lt

hey people, im having a shit of a time removing the fan from my hilux, ive removed the 4 bolts that secure it to the pulley, but cant seem to get the flange to separate much? is there something im missing??????? from memory it should just fall off

my fan was the same just had to get a thin long bit of wood and hit it off

we managed. took some decent bashing and wiggling. had an orange seized looking tinge to the shaft
