wash your mouth out chrome ... the stinkyest (sic) Billy tastes fine if you leave it in the fridge for 4 days wrapped in gladwrap (change it daily though) then cube or mince it
heres my latest two, off again tomorrow straight after work, been given the heads up on a large mob.
probably get told off for this one but like he said dog tucker
its actually NOT good dog food as they cant get much nutrients out of the meat due to it being so lean, if you feed your dog goat you have to suppliment it with other stuff like Tux bikkies.
the meat being so lean makes it ideal for cooking as there is no fatty tissue to block the herbs and spice from being absorbed into the meat. MMmmmmm.... might roast up a leg or two tonight!!
If you already know everything, DON'T ask bloody questions!!
chrome wrote:whats the nice way to roast it mate.. never tried roasted goat yet
poke holes in a few places around the leg and stuff bits of garlic in, then slow roast with a big gob of fat. dont over cook it tho as it goes dry real fast.
yum yum
