History of a certain fj40 that used to be around these place

Hi all am looking at another truck after a while out, can someone tell me who used to own this so I can dig up any history on here

Looks like the one the owner of Delta 4wd in Blenheim owned. If it is, Muddy or other local club members might know a bit about it. Can't remember who on here bought it from him originally.

Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.
Toyota FJ45 build in progress.
Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

No major have found plates are dead, so will leave it alone
toymota thats stock standard.

Hmm dead plates - I am finding out the hard way what this might mean for me.

Pricey - but ultimately worth I hope. Just hope the inspector(s) dont look at it as a 21st century vehicle instead of a 1980 BJ40...

So - whatever happened to Delta 4wd? I have a sticker of theirs lying around from when I bought a snorkel for my old Zuk back in 2004.

OK, I purposefully did not post any comments on this thread incase this happened.....

But looks like I've bought my old truck back 8)

Might need some help from one of the Christchuch guys getting it up to Picton - anyone able to assist?

lol Nice dude, I can pick it up at this end if need be. I got heaps of space to store it till it can get up to picton. :D

Cheers, I'm not sure on how I'm getting it home yet but last time I bought it I drove down to Wellywood with a trailer, left car and trailer there and then jumped on the ferry and brought it back. Hopefully I can do the same again this time.

I dont know what your ex is like but mine is hot and I was said to see her go. If I han't got the other half pregnant at the time I would have never sold her in the first place :wink:

SHE LIVES AGAIN!!!!

Bit of maintenance required to bring her back up to spec but has been through the Re-rego this week and PLATES ARE NOW LIVE AGAIN :D

Stoked to have the old truck back running like she used to...

Short clip (dont bother if you are on dial up) . I am one happy camper 8)
