The old BJ73 Build

Post by cruisin70 »

Hi all, first time ive posted in ORE and ive been convinced to start a thread about the Cruiser that i bought about 6 months ago now.

Shes a pretty stock 1989 BJ73 landcruiser with a few small mods:

31's with 5/8ths F-all tread
Custom front bar and a rear bar that i knocked up in a weekend (only the rear, front was previous owner)

All and all ive only done the basic maintenance things like rebuild the front hubs and fix a few rust holes aswell as the rear bumper. Im an apprentice fabricator so making things for it are good fun, when i have the motivation :?

Upcoming plans are:

New treads
Snorkel
More maintenance
Rock sliders and a new front bar
Proper radio.

Seeyou out in the mud!
