got some adjustable ranchos in the garage. Ill measure compressed and extended and see if there any good for ya.

have got a spring kit off Ebay just need the adjusters now,
also brought a brandnew windscreen rubber off Ebay and really happy with it as cost less than $100 to my mailbox, the quality seems really good.
