panhard rod help needed!!!!
hi there ive just lifted my solid axle 1984 hilux surf with 2'' leaf lift and my panhard rods to short(i think thats what its called),ive been trying to find an ajustable one thats fearly cheap (i and a rich guy) but i dont no were to look,ive trie google,ironman ect with no luck,does enyone no were i could find a cheap one that is ajustable on just some info on were to look to find one?thanks keeghann

The rod from the front diff going forward to the chassis?

Oh i now after rereading it think he is talking about the steering link
But again would not of thought a 2'' lift would of affected it much
Wouldnt thing there would be many aftermarket crowds making adjusfable steering links would make for plenty of law suits as a guess

if you torque rod is too short its probably easier and cheaper if your on a budget to get someone to sleeve it with a bit of tube and lengthen it for you

You probably mean the sway bar or the draglink? Which end of the truck is it on and what does it attach too?

i have a torque rod adjustable and a drop drag link for sold axle surfs and hiluxs for sale $300 for both cost me 600 a year ago

hi there thanks for relpys it goes from top of front diff housing to chassis,it looks like the picture (Smurf) replyed,its to short and if i get an ajustable one i could ajust it when i do a shackel lift one day,how much would i pay for one of thoes ones??thanks for replys its my first build and like eny help i can get
