QD32 Nissan Diesel engine from a Nissan Homy Van ..
Has worn bearings? was very noisy , but still running when removed from vehicle. Still has Injecters, Injecter pump and .
Should be a good upgrade for someone who's rocking the TD27s ..
$200 Or best offer takes it away.
Preffer Pick up, In Auckland.

Hmmm, Homey van, non-turbo. Will need a bit of sagging around with changing some gear over. Price of bearings might be the killer. Will do more research and get back.

It's a NON turbo engine by the way, Was infront of an automatic transmission.

its all cool qd32 have a 30mm gudgeon pins anyway and the rods are massive. I have a freiend who is doing one. Bearings are cheap and so are rings. I think the freight to aussie would kill it but worth a look I guess.
I had my eye on one here but the guy threw out the crank and rods. Fook me

We not long got rid of one of those QD32 homy's at work, rusted out long before the engine was showing any signs of giving up.. and for a biggish capacity 4 banger diesel without a turbo it actually went pretty blood well

Apparently they go well in a van (only 2wd and a litttle lighter) but another 500cc's above the 2.7 they wld be mint in a datsun ute for a start, I think you wld require (hope thats the right english :wink:

) a TD27 exh manifold to the down pipe and a boost compensator for the fuel pump and some plumbing to make it wk.. and there wld be a huge margin for improvment. I think they are very underated
