WTD: Chrome bits for fj40/45 and front guards.

Anyone know where I can source chrome bits for my project?

I'm after door hinges, bonnet hinges, door handles, windscreen hinges, wing mirrors and headlight surround.

Some stuff I have found on T me, but cant find some stuff for love nor money.

I am after some front guards too.

theres a guy here in welly who would probably have all of that stuff for far more money than you'd care to spend

and you should send a PM to sadam asking what hes doing with the front guards sitting in my lockup

Not sure as the price of chroming is rediculous at the moment (3 grand for a 57 chevy bumper was one scare I was told of).

Maybe just zinc for a redneck chrome finish. Nah, Chrome just looks too good.

X2 Ive never seen a ratrod in my life with bling or chrome

It'll be ratty until finished and then I'll bling out the finished result (will have cost me enough by then so may as well get silly).

Might never make a flash wagon out of it but you never know...

Don't get me wrong. I'm all for bastardising vehicles and any I have, I've modded mildly. It's just....... well......... yeah.
