Re: GOODRIDE TYRES
What pattern? They are Kumho's economy tyre and seem ok in all feedback I have heard about them.

Re: GOODRIDE TYRES
you get what you pay for dude
want a tyre to grip on the road and perform well and get great mileage, then buy Cooper, BFG, Mickey Thomson
want none of those benfits then buy a Linglong, Goodride, Wanli etc etc

what about the gt radial all terrain plus? I got a quote of 200 per tyre including fitting and balance.. my budget is 2hundy per tyre.

I used to run these and loved them. We got at least 60,000km out of a set, they handles the road really well and did remarkably well off road. I even took them on a west Coats trip once cause I run out of time for changing my wheels over and after that I kept them on 90% of the time. I cut my own firewood here up the back of a local farm that the local 4x4 club use and couldn't fault them.
A good friend of mine who dose a heap of miles (self employed sparky) runs them now and wouldn't go back as well. He used to only run Firestone till they went .................
The only reason I don't run them anymore is due to going to a Safari, when I had the big horn the fuel usage difference between my 30" AT plus and my 33" muds was huge so I ran two sets, however with the Safari the fuel usage between 31" and 33" is not enough to warrant two sets. however in saying that I am thinking of getting another set of AT plus in 31" for the winter cause then I can put my lighter quick fit chains on instead of the heavy 33" drive on chains.
