Fitting Warning Buzzer to Auto

Post by oldblue »

Wanting to fit a dinger or a buzzer to the temp warning side of the automatic.
Can I just tap into the warning light loom that go's to the Auto heat warning light which is just in front of the shifter.
Any advice welcome.

I think if you just tap it in after the light you should be fine :D

the small buzzers that some jap vehicles use for speed warnings work well they are small and dont need to much current to make them work.

Put it in parallel across the warning light, not in series, otherwise neither will work (its a voltage thing)
