Wiring electric windows and mirrors

Right so this weekend I got my wellside on, looks so much better. The problem I now have is that with my electric windows and mirrors(LN130 Doors), I only have the loom inside the door plus the switches and don't know what wires go to where. I know that I need a feed into the door and that there will be feeds leaving the drivers door that connect into the passengers, I just don't know which ones are which. I'm also assuming the passengers door has a separate feed plus the feed from the drivers side so that the passengers window can be wound down without having to go through the drivers side, does anybody have a wiring diagram for these?
