Thought I would detail the flex gains step by step out of interest.
Running on 32 inch swampers on safari rims, no lift (body or suspension)
As standard had 340mm flex/travel before lifting the front wheel (had 300kgs of bricks in the rear, using the paj as a large wheel barrow)
Removed front sway bar 415 mm flex
Cut bump stops 470 mm flex
Removed rear Sway bar 510 mm flex.
Overall gain of 170mm over standard (50%) not to bad at all.
Theres probably another 20-30mm if there was no load in the back, so could be looking at a maximum of 540mm ?
At this amout of flex, the cvs are at the maximum angle that you would want, the 32's at the front are just touching the flares.
The rears are tucked inside the wheel well and have another 2 inches of clearance.
Still left to do is remove one bolt from a rear radius arm, and shave the rear stops (need to check how far untill tyres touch/shocks max out).
Best guess is another 50mm to be had, may not sound like much, but will bring the total to 590mm (73% gain)
From this have discovered will need a 1 inch body lift to run the 33's with this flex, a 2 inch lift is not needed. May still go the 2 inch lift so I can raise the fuek tank.
Not in the league if sold front ends, but not bad for IFS (its for shopping)
