Body to chassis

Im new to this
Am I able to put a 1989 nissan datsun body onto a 1992 nissan terrano chassis both td27

single cab yes double cab no

Can the terrano front suspension go on the datsun
And is the chassis different at the end of it on the terrano why a double cab wont fit

Terrano chassis is shorter than a Double cab and the step up over the rear axle would go through the rear cab floor and that is if the rear of the cab was not on the rear wheels.
