Hi im hoping someone could please tell me how i go about lifting a 92 nissan terrano, body lifts, suspension lifts, do's and dont's etc,
The engine is a 2.7td manual, what is a reasonable size tire 32"? 33"? Aproximate price??
Don't know a lot about the Terrano, but a pair of 2" lift coils for the rear, and wind up the torsion bars on the front to match, with new shocks and you are done.
Body lifts need to be certified, and depending on tyre size, you may need a cert for those too.
i put 50mm lift springs in and wound the torsions on my one, then got a wheel alignment and it is good now....and before anyone tells you other wise, yes king springs can supply the springs...
Had a Terrano and did a 50 mm suspension lift using old man emu, re-indexed the torsion bars and wound them up. Did a 50mm body lift. When doing the torsion bars you will need to replace the steering components every 12 mts as the wear excessively secondary to the angles, unless you do a steerinfg conversion. The body lift needed the radiator to be moved and also longer power steering hoses. If you are terying to get 33's under you will need to do a 3"body and suspension lift or get the grinder out and cut the guards.

Yep look through the forum, it is the one with the "xxxx" number plate on the roof rack. 12 months, sorry, typo . Brake lines are fine. What you planning to do in your truck, if you are like me you keep modifing till it breaks too many times, then bite the bullet and buy a safari. They have their limits unless you want to go the yank way and spend shit loads of dollars on them. I would have wrecked mine on day two of our three day westcoast trip on the weekend.

If you have a look on any of the American Nissan forums; the guys there will steer you away from the 4x4 parts kits and suggest you get a Calmini one. It is meant to be of a higher quality and many people have issues with 4x4 part's UCAs not fitting correctly.
i just got 3 32-11.5-15 michilin ltx and 2 Bridgestones for $210 only 1000kms so just need some rims, just going to do 2" springs and crank torsions up, then getting it dynoed and tuned to cope with the new tires oh and alingment
