Leaky Terrano Headlight

Hi my Headlight leaks when ever it rains can any1 tell me if its a seal or a headlight at fault,and how I fix it?Thx all 
if not, check the lens seal and the bit in the back where the bulb goes in, might be cracked plastic or something similar
DONT TOUCH THE BULB WITH YOUR HANDS
very very bad for the bulb and will blow
