cruiser auto trans problem

iv just body lifted my 88 MWB cruiser and now the auto seems to be outa sink, i cant get it into L, 2 is the lowest i can get it into.whats the easiest way to fix it :? . Rich

YOU WILL HAVE TO LENGHTEN THE LINKAGE ROD. MEASURE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN PARK AND LOW WITH BOTH THE SHIFT LEVER AND THE SHIFTER. LENGHTEN TO SUIT.
doesn't play well with small vehicles

sorry my ears are still ringing to the sweet sound of a v8 on song from ahauroa safari and hansons.paddy
